Doctor Who Day

Whovians: there comes a time in all our lives when the great mothership Who calls out to us for assistance. When we the many must show they the few (although unfortunately, they’re the ones with the power) that we cannot be ignored.

So come November 23rd 2010, drop everything (unless its Who related, in which case, pick it back up) and join in the celebrations of  Doctor Who Day, the world over.

Whatever you choose to do, be it wearing a decorative vegetable to work or watching City of Death actually in the Louve, make sure you spread the word via Kasterborous, Vblogs, Facebook, Twitter or good old fashioned carrier pigeon so that we can unite in our collective love for all things Who.

The date itself is should be etched into your consciousness for that was the first time that cathode rays deflected the electron beam broadcasting Doctor Who for the very first time with An Unearthly Child.

The day-long event was the brain child of Whovian #16272 or to give her her human name Ellen White who pleads:

“This isn’t going to work unless we get it spread around, so go forth Whovians, tell your friends, let’s get it out there =)”

So what will you be doing this November 23rd and can’t you cancel it for your favourite Time Lord?

About

Andrew has left Kasterborous. Any article that appears on the site past February 2016 claiming to be written by Andrew Reynolds has been done so maliciously and without the authors consent. The author does not condone gambling in any form and would not seek to publicise the industry through a children's television show. If you like Doctor Who articles without a hefty dose of identity theft and gambling spam, why not check out http://thedoctorwhocompanion.com/
