What’s Going On…?
If you’ve been keeping your eyes peeled lately, you may have noticed a certain image that’s been popping up everywhere.
But what does it mean? From the moment it popped up on our Twitter page, we members of the K staff have been working ’round the clock trying to figure out where it came from. Most of our investigation has led to head scratching. We feel as if we’ve seen it before, but we can’t quite put our finger on it.
We’ve been so busy with our case that we almost didn’t notice when the picture materialized again, this time manifesting itself on an entirely different medium…
Never mind the strange icon, how did this brand new Kasterborous Doctor Who News page on Facebook get here? We’re quite puzzled, especially by the fact that it already seems to know everything about us. Here’s the description it provided for us:
“Doctor Who news and reviews website and community, formed in 2004 by Christian Cawley and Anthony Dry. Now run by Christian Cawley and Brian A. Terranova, with a team of great Doctor Who fans providing news and reviews.”
Odd though the page may seem, we figure that since it’s there, we might as well use it. During the past week this strange apparition on Facebook is already proving to be a helpful tool in allowing our readers to connect with us and vice versa! Why don’t you join the party right now? Log on to Facebook, find the brand new Kasterborous page, and click the “like” button. Once you’ll do so, join the conversation!
Facebook is an excellent way to share your thoughts about our articles and get to know our news and reviews teams on a whole new level! Already people are raving about the image we’ve recently uploaded featuring our own Christian Cawley and Brian Terranova befriending a brilliant blue Dalek, and there’s more where that came from!
- Plus, with our Facebook page, you can get Kasterborous updates in real time! No more typing in a URL every time you want find out if there’s news in the Whoniverse! With Facebook, all you need to do is tap “Kasterborous” into the search bar, click on the page, and catch all of our breaking stories! Who needs Farmville when you’ve got a TARDIS?
- While you’re browsing our Facebook outpost, we’ll continue to ponder how it got there, and what this means for Kasterborous’ future. Who’s responsible for these unusual contributions to our social network presence? How can they know so much about us? Has there been divine or alien intervention?
- Or are we simply being watched?
