TARDIS Prologue Online

As a nice bit of cross media, the official BBC Doctor Who website has released a prologue to their newest Adventure Game, TARDIS.

Wish You Were Here is a short story written by James Moran (who wrote The Fires of Pompeii and various Torchwood episodes) and is set before the events of TARDIS.

For those of you not in the know, TARDIS is the third in the series of Doctor Who: The Adventure Games and will let you the player take control of the ship itself whilst battling a new monster known only as The Entity…

It promises to be a non stop action adventure romp for the Doctor and Amy (and you!) but if you would like to find out what the tie travellers were up to before this adventure started, then Wish You Were Here is the perfect place to start.

It follows on from the widely popular City of the Daleks and Blood of the Cybermen.

If you visit www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho you’ll be able to navigate yourself to the Adventure Games homepage where you will be able not only download Wish You Were Here but also wallpapers, jigsaws, screensavers and information on TARDIS.

Doctor Who: The Adventure GamesTARDIS, is available for download in the UK now! Don’t forget to check out our other coverage of the game, including a trailer!

What happens when an eight year old kid watches the 1993 repeat run of Planet of the Daleks? He pretty much ends up here writing about the show that grabbed hold of him and never let go!
