Revenge of the Cybermen Figures!

Doctor Who classic Cybermen figrues

Cybermen! Or to be more precise, a Cyberleader, two Cybermen and a Cybermat! These are latest additions to the Doctor Who range of action figures, and come together in a great collectors pack from Forbidden Planet, available from November 17th.

Join the inimitable Tom Baker and encounter Revenge of the Cybermen with this outstanding gift set from Forbidden Planet. Bring back fond Doctor Who memories onboard Space Station Nerva as bodies abound, Sarah Jane gets terrorized by Cybermats and the Fourth Doctor ends up turned into a Cyberbomb!

The Tom Baker era of Doctor Who is certainly shaping up to provide a wealth of classic figures, from these Cybermen to a Destiny of the Daleks collection the Mummie servicer robots from Pyramid of Mars and Magnus Greel from Talons of Weng Chiang to name but a few.

Of course this isn’t really a surpise given that these are considered some of the show’s greatest ever stories.

This latest collection of figures is pretty cool though, and will look great lined up alongside the more recent Lumic-design Cybermen, not to mention the frightening variants from The Tenth Planet.

Personally, I like the added touch of the Cybermat, recently seen in the Blood of the Cybermen videogame from the BBC.

Available for the price of £29.99, get Christmas sorted by pre-ordering these smashing classic Cybermen figures from Forbidden Planet today!

They’re nice but I still prefer the Earthshock Cybermen even though I can never seem to actually get any. Anytime I have a spare bit of money to get even one they’re all sold out.

Sure do have a lot of Fourth Doctor monsters and villains out now I agree. I’m sure they’re gonna do a redeco of the Axon (from the Delgado Master pack) as a Krynoid seeing as we got Seeds of Doom Fourth Doctor in the Eleven Doctors set.

Thanks but I live in the UK :P I know where sites are but I’m saying I never seem to have spare cash for one when they’re actually available and they’re sold out when I do :(

I missed the Earthshock Cybermen when they where released as they sold out at FP very quickly.
As for this latest pack, well rumours are abound about four figues, in two packs, of, The Brigadier, Jo Grant, Omega and a Gell Gaurd. Apparently also an updated series 5 wave is due out as well, including the new Silurians :) and seeing as I am not loaded and need to eat, I will probably give this one a miss.I being very selective in what figure I do buy. If it was single carded Cybermen/Cyberleader then ok, but sadly not on this occasion.

How long before we get a Rutan? That’ll be a tough one to market…
