Art For Hearts: Anthony Dry!

Doctor Who Journey's End art by Anthony Dry

Here we go – the big one!

This week’s Art For Hearts auction piece is particularly important to us here in the constellation of Kasterborous because it was created by our very own designer, Anthony Dry!

This A4 print on photographic paper of the Doctor, Donna, Davros, and the Daleks (from The Stolen Earth/Journey’s End), which first appeared in the Doctor Who Series Four DVD Box Set, can be YOURS if you’re the highest bidder on this eBay page!  Plus, the fact that it originated from and is autographed by a founding member of your favourite Doctor Who website should up its level of awesomeness by a few billion points!  At the time of writing this, the highest bid is £31.00, making it both priceless AND affordable!  But don’t wait!  After Monday, this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own a creation of simply the best Whovian artist in the business will be forever lost!

Sorry I sound like a bit of a television advert this week, but it really is impossible for me to not get excited about this one!  And I’m sure I can say the same for everyone else behind the scenes here at the ol’ K.

If you haven’t been following us week after week, I should tell you that Art For Hearts is for a good cause: auction organiser Ian Stacey is donating all proceeds from this entire Doctor Who art auction to the research of organ transplants!  Read all about it in our earlier article or at the official blog!

Curious about this Anthony Dry bloke we’re raving about?  Read our exclusive interview with him from earlier this month, follow him on Twitter @AnthonyDry, or just observe the artsy design of our logo and be aware that it exists because of that man!

(Speaking of Twitter, you can always follow us as well!  @KasterborousDW)
