Sherlock Who?

And the Steven Moffat/Mark Gatiss connection lingers on – following news that Steven Moffat dismissed suggestions that his Sherlock star Englebert Humperdinck Benedict Cumberbatch would make a good Doctor Who, the man himself has underlined that he wouldn’t appear in “an episode” of the series.

However – Lumberpunch was rather clever with how he phrased his answer. Might we be seeing him in a Steven Moffat-produced show other than Sherlock in the near future?

Wonderbra also remarked of Doctor Who:

“I’m a huge fan of the series and amazing people do amazing work in it in all parts of the episodes.”

Sherlock is a series of 3 feature length episodes which kicks off this Sunday on BBC One – meanwhile Doctor Who fan community Outpost Skaro have a review of Sherlock (registration required.)
