The Eleven Doctors

Doctor Who - The Eleven Doctors

Finally from Character comes the Doctor Who figure collection that every fan has been waiting for – all eleven incarnations to date of the last Time Lord!

Described as “the ultimate Doctor Who collectors set”, this collection features all eleven incarnations of the Doctor presented in an impressive TARDIS display box, which includes a small bio on each incarnation.

Intended for ages 5 years and over, I think it more likely the 35 years and older brigade will be the main purchasers of this superb collection!

As you should see from the image above, the collection features a considerable rarity – the Eighth Doctor, as played by Paul McGann in the 1996 TV Movie and on Big Finish audios since then. Here’s the full list:

William Hartnell 1963–1966
Patrick Troughton 1966–1969
Jon Pertwee 1970–1974
Tom Baker 1974–1981
Peter Davison 1981–1984
Colin Baker 1984–1986
Sylvester McCoy 1987–1989, 1996
Paul McGann 1996
Christopher Eccleston 2005
David Tennant 2005–2010
Matt Smith 2010

The collection also includes the colour versions of the First and Second Doctors (William Hartnell and Patrick Troughton) – these were initially released in both colour and black and white – as well as a single-headed version of the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) and original outfits for the Third and Sixth Doctors (Jon Pertwee and Colin Baker).

With an RRP of £49.99, this collection is available from Forbidden Planet for £46.49 from Sunday, 8th August and can be preordered now!

I have ordered two of them. This set is amazing. I am pleased that it has a good price as younger fan who have not been able to get the exclusive first three Doctors can now get them.
The First two Doctors in this set are based on The Three Doctors (1973). Third from Carnival of Monsters & Frontier in Space (1973) & 4th Dr based on The Seeds of Doom (1976).
5th season 19 (1982).And I am not sure but I think he comes with a cricket ball, the 6th Doctor from Trial of a Time lord Terror of the Vervoids (1986) & the 7th Doctor from Ghost Light (1989).
    9, 10 & 11 Drs are the same.

Yeah the first 3 Doctors are out of my current budget so this pack is a total bargain and looks fantastic. Thing I love about the 11th Doctor logo too is the way it looks modern but also classic at the same time so looks perfect there with all 11 of the Doctors. Brilliant and thanks finally for the celery! The only complaint I’d have is that I wish the Fourth Doctor was wearing his Sherlock Holmes outfit from Talons of Weng Chiang since we have the villains from that but this is nice too though it I couldn’t remember which story this one was from (thanks IanOTimeLord :P )

This comes out a few days before my birthday and I couldn’t ask for anything more perfect Who-related. I’m gonna try get another to ship off to my Who-loving friend in Canada for her birthday in September too. Really does make a perfect gift for any fan even if you just choose to display them in the box. They look gorgeous all together like that.

I wish they’d make some classic companions soon though to accompany the classic Doctors. I particuarly want figures of Nyssa and 70′s Sarah Jane most of all and then Tegan, Zoe, Jamie, Ace, Leela and so on. The Classic Doctors so far have just each other and their villains for company.

    Faints, recovers, orders.
