RTD on Torchwood 4

Unless you’ve been out of the country for the last few days, you should be aware that a new 10-part series of Torchwood has been commissioned, with Russell T Davies leading a team of writers.

Davies – who created the show in 2006 and has been developing a new series for several months – has been popping up on TV over the past few days to discuss this great news which will hopefully see the series (a co-production between BBC Wales, BBC Worldwide and Starz Entertainment) build on the success of the superb Children of Earth.

Russell T Davies spoke earlier this week to BBC News about the new series, the return of Captain Jack Harkness and Gwen Cooper (John Barrowman and Eve Myles) as well as the show’s new globetrotting remit.
