You’ll be able to get a taste for Blood of the Cybermen this Saturday evening as the second episode of Doctor Who: The Adventure Games is released by the BBC official site – and we’ve got a preview gallery for you!
Once again featuring the vocal skills of Matt Smith and Karen Gillan as the Doctor and Amy, with Nicholas Briggs providing voices for the slightly redesigned monsters, Blood of the Cybermen is heavily rumoured to feature Cybermats, appearing for the first time since Revenge of the Cybermen in 1975.
If you enjoyed City of the Daleks, don’t miss Blood of the Cybermen, available from 7pm this Saturday, 26th June 2010 via www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho

Looks nice. Given that they have work by writers of TV episodes and have Matt and Karen voicing their characters are these considered at all canonical?
The TARDIS Wiki seems to think so, so I’d say yes
“There aren’t 13 episodes of Doctor Who this year,” adds Piers Wenger, Head of Drama, BBC Wales and Executive Producer, Doctor Who. “There are 17 – four of which are interactive. Everything you see and experience within the game is part of the Doctor Who universe: we’ll be taking you to places you’ve only ever dreamed about seeing – including locations impossible to create on television.”

So – to answer Carn’s question: Yes, the Adventure Games are definitly canonical.
