“Cribbins is interesting”

National Treasure Bernard Cribbins has given the “thumbs up” in reference to his time whilst making Doctor Who, his Railway Children co-star Jenny Agutter has revealed.

“He himself said that he had the best time making it. He said it was really, really fun. He’s always so good and whatever he creates is really interesting.”

Bernard played adventurous OAP Wilfred Mott in several key episodes of Doctor Who from 2007 until 2010, including being the “he will knock four times” harbinger in The End of Time. Jenny herself was in the 2008’s The Bride of Peladon, a Doctor Who audio play released by Big Finish
