Here’s a hysterical video from last Wednesday’s night’s special Doctor Who premiere screening event at the Village East Cinema in Manhattan. Fans turned out in large number, and BBCAmerica.com gives you an exclusive look at the event. It’s a must-watch!
Alternatively, watch this video at BBC America!
Additionally, BBCAmerica.com has also posted amateur video of the full Q&A with Matt Smith, Karen Gillan and lead writer/executive producer Steven Moffat at Wednesday night’s Village East Cinema fan screening. Short of firing up the TARDIS and going back in-time to join us that night, it’s the best way to celebrate the buzz and excitement surrounding the new series.

There was also a fantastic showing in Chicago for the big C2E2 convention Friday night and I was hoping they’d show up there but sadly, no. A shame too, as I thought they were doing the big promotional push and it’s not like they could fly back to the UK because of the ash cloud.
Oh and one extra bit, they showed not just The Eleventh hour but they also showed The Beast below which was an actual US premiere. Lots of fans in attendance and a great time.
