Sarah Jane Series 4 News

According to GallifreyNewsBase, work is set to commence on Series 4 of The Sarah Jane Adventures following notice that the BBC are “recruiting a new producer to take over production of the series”.

Achieving regularly high audience figures throughout its run than other Children’s BBC shows (CBBC), The Sarah Jane Adventures has long since been rumoured to be getting a fourth and possibly final series.

With a once young cast that is getting visibly older on screen (particularly Tommy Knight who plays Sarah’s adopted son Luke) it seems likely that one more run for Elisabeth Sladen, Daniel Anthony, Knight and Anjli Mohindra and of course K-9 and Mr Smith will leave the show as a great example of kids TV to be remembered as well as setting things up for various spinoff media to continue…
