Ice Cold Who

It might be cold outside – Kasterborous Towers is buried under 4 inches of snow – but that hasn’t stopped new Doctor Who stars Matt Smith and gorgeous Karen Gillan from getting on with the job.

While the United Kingdom freezes – a change to the unseasonable weather we’ve had for the past 10 or so years – location shoots for Doctor Who have continued, with an alleged show insider telling porn comic The Sun:

“Snow might stop mere humans but not The Doctor.”

Or Amy Pond, evidently.

However – parts of the UK are expected to drop to as low as -20 degrees this evening, a low almost unheard of on the mainland, and this is likely to have a knock on effect if forecasts prove correct.

So the question shouldn’t be “has Doctor Who stopped for the snow” as continuity is no doubt in place to allow for other scenes to be recorded in interior locations as far as is practical.
