Peladon Tales in AustraliaOut in Australia in March are two very different Doctor Who DVD box sets – for classic fans there’s The Peladon Tales box, featuring The Curse of Peladon and The Monster of Peladon, while on the same day, a 2 disc set of The End of Time is also released!

The Peladon Tales DVD box set features the two Third Doctor adventures set on the medieval-style world. The Curse of Peladon stars Jon Pertwee and Katy Manning with David Troughton (Midnight) guesting as King Pel – meanwhile The Monster of Peladon stars Pertwee with Elisabeth Sladen as Sarah Jane Smith leaving Earth for the first time…

Available on DVD and Blu-ray, The End of Time is the final Tenth Doctor story, and stars David Tennant with Bernard Cribbins and John Simm.

Both box sets are released on Thursday, 4th March 2010 – mark it in your diary, and in the meantime, cast your eye over our review of Peladon Tales!
