Burke and Hare in Production

Producers of the up-and-coming blockbuster Burke and Hare – starring David Tennant and Simon Pegg as the notorious grave robbers – were looking for locals in Kent this week to appear as extras in the movie which has already begun production.

Shooting has already taken place in Scotland, and locations in Kent have been picked out for scenes requiring people that would make excellent thugs, pub goers and prostitutes

“Not only is it a great way for people to make a bit of money, but this film is something that will go down in history – this will be something watched time and time again.

“It’s a great opportunity for people to get involved in something big.”

Interestingly, Burke and Hare is scripted by the duo behind the recent St Trinian’s films – the most recent of which also stars David Tennant and can be seen in cinemas at the moment.
