Yes – you can watch Doctor Who classics The Edge of Destruction (1964), The Krotons (1968), Carnival of Monsters (1973) and The Caves of Androzani (1984) free and legally on YouTube!

This is part of BBC Worldwide’s final embracing of streaming Doctor Who via the web – recently we’ve seen MSN and Blinkbox offering classic episodes but neither of these sites has the reach and popularity of YouTube.

Of course all of the adventures – the William Hartnell starring The Edge of Destruction, The Krotons, starring Patrick Troughton, Jon Pertwee in Carnival of Monsters can be described as classics – but only The Caves of Androzani can be described as a the favourite Doctor Who story of all time as voted for by readers of Doctor Who Magazine!
