New K9 Spinoff Trailer

Park Entertainment, Australian producers of the upcoming K9 series currently in post production, have released a new trailer for the Doctor Who spinoff on their website.

Featuring the voice of John Leeson – a man whose career has been defined by a robot dog – K9 comprises 26 half-hour episodes.

You can view the trailer at Park Entertainment’s website, or right here:

Promotional blurb reads:

Originally created for the 1970s Doctor Who series by Bob Baker and Dave Martin, K9 has long been an iconic television character. Now a new adventure series featuring everyone’s favourite robot dog in a brand new 21st Century design! K9 is a children’s scifi/adventure series combining comedy, action and suspense X-Files meets Men in Black with a zany dash of Ghostbusters.

The trailer is a marked improvement on the last one we saw, but until the series is aired judgment should be reserved…
