Doctor Who Location Snaps

Karen Gillan in a pink gownDigital Spy have picked up some interesting snaps of Matt Smith and Karen Gillan on location at Neath Abbey in Wales where Doctor Who has been shooting over the last few days.

Eleventh Doctor Matt Smith is snapped twice in a huge black padded jacket while listening to something on his iPod, while Karen Gillan – the Doctors future companion Amy Pond – is photographed in an unflattering pink towel held together with a safety pin and carrying slightly garish bag.

Neath Abbey is a former Cistercian monastery founded in the 12th Century and it should come as no surprise that monks in brown robes have also been seen on the location shoot.

It’s safe to assume that Ms Gillan is fully dressed under that gown – I wonder what she is wearing?
