Torchwood Of The Pops

Torchwood star John Barrowman has stormed the Hit Parade, boys and girls, with this weeks highest new entry – a cover of Barry Manilow’s I Made It Through The Rain – hitting number 14!

John Barrowman - The single is from Barrowman’s 2008 album Music Music Music, and he’s been doing a fair bit of promotion for the single recently.

One appearance on the Scott Mills show on BBC Radio 1 saw Barrowman later dubbed a “sex pest”. Mills is quoted over on Digital Spy… this is a family website, and we couldn’t possibly outline what Mr Barrowman was getting up to. A very cold, solitary shower would seem to be in order, however.

There’s one more piece of Torchwood related music news however – the soundtrack to Children of Earth is available to purchase, and Den of Geek have a very positive review of the release, giving the work by Murray Gold sound-a-like Ben Foster a massive five stars!

Torchwood Children Of Earth Soundtrack CD and MP3 downloads are available now from Amazon.

Meanwhile, Barrowman’s album Music Music Music is still available at Amazon.
