Junior Doctor’s Daughter

Georgia Moffet as Jenny in 2008's The Doctor's DaughterReports today indicate that Tenth Doctor era character Jenny – The Doctor’s Daughter of the episodes title and the real-life daughter of former Doctor Who Peter Davison – is to appear in BBC One’s Saturday evening hospital melodrama Casualty.

Digital Spy relays The Sun’s claim that Georgia Moffett – who became close to star David Tennant – will appear from September in the medical soap, playing a junior doctor.

As well as appearing in the 2008 episode of Doctor Who, 24 year old Georgia Moffett has been seen in Where The Heart Is and The Bill (both 2004-2005) as well as BBC Three spy drama Spooks: Code 9 in 2008. She also narrated the Tenth Doctor and Martha Jones BBC Audiobooks adventure Snowglobe, released in 2008.
