Torchwood Exhibition Plans

The BBC report that the team behind the Doctor Who Up Close exhibition are planning a similar voyage into the world of Torchwood, with an exhibition situated in Cardiff Bay – right next to the Hub!

Torchwood: Children of EarthExperience Design’s Martin Wilkie seems keen to get the exhibition up and running as soon as possible – there are plans to display key props and costumes, as well as recent creatures from the Torchwood: Children of Earth

“A Torchwood Exhibition would be a great addition to the Bay area.”

“We have looked at several sites for a Torchwood Exhibition but we are hoping that this one might be available soon. The appeal of Torchwood brings many visitors to Cardiff Bay, especially to see the Torchwood Water Tower.”

According to Wales Online, Cardiff city council are currently reviewing the application which allegedly features a replica of the famous Cardiff Bay waterfall which is situated above the Hub in the series, which leads visitors into a reconstruction of the Torchwood base complete autopsy room, armoury and interrogation room.

Which might come in handy should there ever be a fourth series and they need a set!
