Forbidden Planet Update

Sebastian Hamilton brings an update on the recent credit card fraud issue with online purchases made from Forbidden Planet International which has affected fans of so many series, not just Doctor Who.

Both ForbiddenPlanet.com and ForbiddenPlanetInternational.co.uk have released statements to Doctor Who Figures Online.

FPI say that any fraud has been third party through their card system, that this is currently under investigation and that it is perfectly safe to order by cheque.

They value all customers and wish to solve this soon to ensure customer service is the best it can be.

The ForbiddenPlanet.com website reiterated that they were in the clear and that it is perfectly safe to order from them.

More merchandise news and both statements can be found in full at www.drwhofigures.co.uk.
