Den of Geek are reporting that the rumoured Doctor Who animation entitled Dreamland is set for an Autumn launch, with seven episodes starring David Tennant and Georgia Moffett available through the BBC’s red button interactive service.

David Tennant's Tenth Doctor in 2007's The Infinite QuestAlso appearing alongside Tennant and Moffett – who plays a character called Cassie Rice rather than Jenny Who – are the great David Warner and the equally fantastic Lisa Bowerman (Karra in 1989’s Survival and latterly the the voice of Bernice Summerfield in the Big Finish audio range).

Warner of course has already portrayed the Doctor himself in two installments of Big Finish’ Doctor Who Unbound series in 2003 and 2008 as well as starring in something like one production a month of movies and TV since 1963, or spmething equally ridiculous and at the same time impressive.

A great cast has been put together it seems, while the Dreamland script is courtesy of Phil Ford, one of the few lcuky enough to pen stories for both Doctor Who, The Sarah Jane Adventures and Torchwood. Gary Russell directs.
