Katy Manning in Me & Jezebel

The incomparable Katy Manning – who as Jo Grant was Jon Pertwee’s Doctor Who co-star from 1971-1973 and is the current voice of Iris Wildthyme – is starring as Hollywood legend Bette Davis in Me & Jezebel at the New End Theatre, London, from 14 April to May 2 2009

Me & Jezebel is based on the true story of when Bette Davis invited herself to stay for a night in the New-England house of writer Elizabeth Fuller and didn’t leave for a month. This one-woman show is energetically performed by Katy Manning of Doctor Who fame. Chaos ensues as the legendary guest turns Elizabeth’s house and family upside down.

Written by Elizabeth Fuller and directed by Barry Crocker, Me & Jezebel plays Tuesday to Saturday at 9.30pm and on Mondays at 7.30pm.

Tickets £15 with concessions priced at £12 – contact ticket sales on 0870 033 2733, while you can find the theatre at:
