Doctor Who Strips from Tony Lee

The success of the IDW series of Doctor Who comic books has lead to further adventures scheduled with top comic book writer Tony Lee writing both a new series and a one-shot (self contained story).

Announced back at the New York ComicCon, the one shot is known as The Time Machination, with the adventure and cover (seen here) illustrated by Paul Grist.

Meanwhile it has been rumoured that Al Davison is is the man responsible for providing artwork to Tony Lee’s ongoing Doctor Who series, which will feature the Tenth Doctor and a new companion of his own design.

Launching in July, the as-yet untitled series will see the Doctor meeting various historical figures, new villains and old.
