Key2Time Tracer Interviewed

The new Big Finish 3 part serial Key2Time stars Peter Davison as the Fifth Doctor charged with tracking down the pieces of the Key to Time in order to… well, that would be telling.  One thing you should know however is that the Key to Time detectors – known as tracers – are sentient, and played by Ciana Jansen and Laura Doddington.

Doddington – who has appeared on TV in The Bill, Doctors and as PC Wood in Prime Suspect: The Final Act – has chatted with the Big Finish website about the audition process, attending conventions in Chicago and manages to get in some useful advice for young actors as well as complimenting Peter Davison, who she thinks is:

Fantastic. He has a honey voice which I just loved to listen to and he keeps the green room alive! He is a brilliant story teller and really funny.

Laura first appears in The Judgment of Isskar – released tomorrow (January 31st, 2009) – and appears in each of the three Key2Time adventures alongside Peter Davison.  The Judgment of Isskar is written by Simon Guerrier, features the Ice Warriors and co-stars Nick Briggs.
