Issue 1 of Doctor Who DVD Files has been available for a couple of weeks now, with the first issue priced at a bargain £1.99!
Aimed at younger fans with plenty of disposable income (later issues are priced at £6.99!), Doctor Who DVD Files contains a wealth of information from across the 45 years of the series while maintaining a focus on the current era.
The magazine naturally comes with a free DVD – and the first issue begins the run of stories since 2005 with Rose and The End of the World.
28 issues are planned, each with a double episode DVD right through to Journey’s End. Visitors to the Doctor Who DVD Files website can subscribe and receive a £1 saving on each issue.
Two episodes + a magazine for less than a vanilla (extras-free) DVD? Sounds like a good deal to me!
(Note that the Doctor Who DVD Files website may load slowly on older computers and those with a slow internet connection)
