Doctor Who the Hell Are You?

The old "I want to be the Doctor!" press circus continues, with this time with a virtually unknown Australian actor apparently flying to the UK for an audition

David Knijnenburg is the name – he comes from an acting family and has a limited range of credits according to IMDb – but the most intriguing thing about Knijnenburg is that he is a respected voice coach.

The Brisbane actor has of course denied everything -

"If that were true then I probably wouldn’t be in a position to be supposed to be talking about it," he said.

David Knijnenburg – bit of a difficult name to get the hang off – has reportedly been with members of the Doctor Who production team, including at well-known entertainment industry lair The Ivy, where deals (they say) get inked…
