Classic Who on iTunes

Back in July we reported that Doctor Who series from 2005-2007 would be available on iTunes, the Apple download/synchonrisation service for iPods, iPhones and Macs. Now it seems that the iStore wants more – Classic Doctor Who!

And there’s a growing collection of classics starring Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker, such as The Three Doctors, The Ark in Space, Terror of the Autons and even Patrick Troughton’s The Krotons!

Among those on offer are episodes unavailable on DVD and haven’t been available since the days of VHS releases.

The pricing structure is so far unclear, although the earlier announced 2005-2007 material can be purchased for your iTunes device for a superb $25 – around £14!
