Blink Wins Hugo

As amazing and wonderful as it sounds, yesterday’s HUGO awards included a third Doctor Who episode written by incoming Executive Producer Steven Moffat as one of the winners.

The HUGO for Best Dramatic Presentation, Short Form was won, of course, by Blink, the 2007 episode of Doctor Who which featured the Doctor and Martha seperated by the TARDIS by 40 years and only able to escape my means of a video extra hidden on every DVD owned by the rather tasty Sally Sparrow.

The full list of awards can be read at the HUGO site.

No news as yet on any comments from Steven Moffat on this unique achievement, but certainly from everyone here at Kasterborous and the Kasterborous Forum, a very big well done to The Grand Moff!
