Torchwood Scheduling Clues

Series 2 of Torchwood is set to conclude with a double-header in Easter Week, with episodes scheduled to be broadcast on the Wednesday and Good Friday of that week.

On March 19th, Out of the Rain will be aired on BBC Two while two days later it’s Good Friday and time for the episode Adrift that concludes Series 2

We’ll run previews of the episodes closer to the date; but does this have any effect on the return of Doctor Who?

It’s difficult to say, but it seems increasingly unlikely that both series will run simoultaneously, just as it seems likely that Doctor Who will premier in April.

However with Torchwood finishing on Good Friday, the door is open for Doctor Who to return as per previous years, on Easter Saturday.

It’s getting a bit confusing now, I think you’ll agree – would someone put us out of our misery?
