Congratulations Mr and Mrs Dry!

Forgive me, regular readers for misappropriating the Kasterborous news pages in this manner, but I’m very proud to announce to you all that my friend and colleague Anthony Dry has (finally) tied the knot today!

Although he will no doubt kill Terra and I for this (thanks for the picture, Brian), we couldn’t let the day pass without paying public tribute to the man who makes Kasterborous stand out from the other Doctor Who sites, creates wondeful images for the site and other projects, and still has time to work 9-5.

I would have attended the wedding myself, but sadly other matters had to take precedence. I’ve no doubt however that everyone will have a wonderful day, Ant and the lovely Jen (whom I’ve met only once, but is a very nice lady indeed) will enjoy themselves and try and remember as much as possible the next day as they wake up as Mr and Mrs Dry.

Frankly, it is about time – Brian’s got one marriage under his belt already, and I’ve been hitched for nearly two years now. We wonder if Anthony Dry is, in fact, a bit shy?

Seriously though, although Ant and myself have only met up four times for either conventions or other business, we’ve got on really well pretty much since day one, chatting on OG. He and Jen seem perfectly suited to each other, very easy going in each others company, and I’m really pleased for them.

So massive congratulations, Ant and Jen, from me, Christian, Brian Terranova, the Black Scrolls contingent of Steve and Gareth, and everyone in the Forum – may you have a wonderful life together, and don’t forget to brush your teeth before bed tonight.
