The Times Coverage and roundup

The Times ‘The Eye’ supplement contains a two page feature written by Nigel Kendall on the new series, giving us a small synopsis of how the good Doctor returned to our screens, the actors, cast and crew involved, and a lowdown on some of the enemies.

There’s also a facinating screen test they did with a bunch of children from London, showing them the first episode and watching there reactions to the new series. The news is good too as many hid behind the sofa!

There’s also ongoing at the moment UK Gold prelude to the new series showing a host of stories leading up to 7pm.

Meanwhile I’m off out for an afternoon of fun and frivolity with The Doctor Who Merseyside Local Group, Indelible, where we will be having a get together including a new series Dalek, a buffet, a viewing of ‘Doctor Who a new dimension’ documentary, fund raising and of course the screening of Rose at 7pm!

Whatever you do today have a good one and enjoy the New Series!
