DWM 352 New Look

BBCi have revealed the new cover design for Doctor Who Magazine, out this week. The glossy overhaul heralds the start of Doctor Who’s new era and carries the new logo, cropped at the sides. There is no image on the cover…

Outpost Gallifrey also carry a version of the new DWM, complete with picture of Christopher Eccleston and Billie Piper as Doctor Who and Rose.

The new issue also features latest news from the series, an interview with new series writer Paul Cornell, and “The Fact of Fiction” looks at the creation of the Cybermen.

The new price for DWM is £3.99 – the title has been upgraded to glossy paper and an increased page count.

A long-term Doctor Who fan, Christian grew up watching the show and has early memories of the Graham Williams era. His favourite stories are Inferno, The Seeds of Doom and Human Nature (although The Empty Child, Blink and Utopia all come close). When he’s not bossing around the news team, Christian is a freelance writer specialising in mobile technology and domestic computing, and enjoys classic rock, cooking and spending time in the countryside with his wife and young children.
